We work with many major insurance plans, but participation and coverage can vary by plan, employer, exam type, and location. Calling GHI before your appointment allows our team to verify available information and explain what we can about the scheduling and authorization process.
Insurance verification is not a guarantee of coverage or payment. Benefits, deductibles, coinsurance, prior authorization requirements, medical-necessity requirements, and final patient responsibility are determined by your insurance plan.
Prior Authorization
Some insurance plans require prior authorization before imaging. If prior authorization is required, GHI can help coordinate the information needed for scheduling; however, authorization does not guarantee that the claim will be paid.
Prefer Self-Pay?
We offer transparent, competitive self-pay rates for patients without insurance or with high-deductible plans. Self-pay options are available for eligible exams, and referral requirements may vary by exam type, insurance plan, and clinical indication.
